I have personally never been required to use the phone support as the ticket system at HostMonster has always been so fast. My replies have always been answered very swiftly.

The team there must be well trained becuase they always get to the bottom of any questions I have extremely fast and with expert service.

Whenever I set up a new account I need several things done fast, namely, SSL certificate and Unique IP. This is up and running within hours.

I have used other hosts previous to HostMonster and it took days sometimes a week or two.

Thank goodness I don't have that stress any longer.
